Just a one off.
On the Christmas episode that ran a few days ago, Clarkson drove a SLS AMG through the American South East to NYC. You know who drove a Porsche 997 GT3 RS and James May drove a Ferrari 458 Italia.
The Mercedes SLS was by far the slowest, worst balanced of the three. It wasn't all that practical either. Well except for the drive-by shooting at the Stig targets. Nevertheless Clarkson insisted the SLS AMG was the best thorough the entire episode.
