I never use actual leather cleaner on the leather, makes it oily. And it doesn't come oily from the factory. I was given a solution of woolite (10 parts water, 1 part woolite). Put in a spray bottle, and mist it onto the seat, and clean off with a microfiber towel. The seat will feel brand new, and not feel oily. I can't stand oily leather. After 4 years in my 335i, it still looks brand new.
