Less then 5000 miles with unrepairable issue
So my 2011 X5 that I had special order has been in the shop for 10days. I get a call from the service writer who tells me the service manager and BMW will call me tomorrow. Apparently there is a build defect in the A-pillar that cant be fixed. Clearly this is a lemon and I don't want the car. The service guy said they may offer another car, but he wasn't authorized to discuss details. Anyone ever been through this? Thoughts on what may happen. I just don't want any hassle or BS.
