I would go with the Dynavin E46 In Dash Navigation System. It's the most OE looking aftermarket nav that is specifically designed to replace the entire headunit and provide OE integration via the steering wheel controls and HK system. It is also a Windows CE based system so it is flexible and offers bluetooth, ipod, aux and SD card functionality.
