I was at the dealership yesterday and asked my SA about it. She stated that they have seen the issue with the 528i and seemed to admit there is a problem with that model. However she said there isn't an issue with the 535 and that's how they perform. I had a 528 loaner yesterday and it did the same thing my 535 does. The 528 did seem much worse but that could be due to less HP.
