For the 328i coupe:
They dumped the value package, increased the price of the Premium Package by $1600, and the car price went up by more than 2%.. Its up by 6% if you compare it to the initial 2011 coupe pricing (they did an interim increase while the 2011 was out)..

Oh, and on my (slightly different) copy I didn't see the alarm listed as part of the convenience package, but they lowered the price of that pkg by $300.. I do see it listed here though.. The Convenience pkg at $1200, with alarm, is not a bad deal.
