Check for the difference between "scheduled" and "on the truck". Dealerspeed.net will give them the actual Bill of Lading once it is tendered to a common carrier. Once that is done it is officially released and on its way.

On occasion the EPA/CARB certs are cleared, and the manufacturer is notified, yet they are not posted- so we may not see it post 'in real time'. In 2010 I received the cert on 10/22..yet it was cleared on 10/20 and placed on the truck on 10/20.
