Thanks Yogi for clearing up the whole issue, so we are dealing with two different things here
1. Jerky throttle
2. Delayed throttle response
Mine is July 2011 built, and i feel i have the second one. Let me test this this time.
If you have SIB for each one would be appreciated and if you can please copy paste again that would be great
