I spilled some diesel the first time I was filling my 35d as the spring on the nozzle wouldn't let it go in.
Now I wait for the tank to nearly empty and fill 21 gallons. I guess the capacity is 22.5..I use the best guess. I haven't found a gas station that would automatically shut off on diesel like gas because of this nozzle.
