My wife's 2011 GTI (chipped) gives me a feeling of more ooomph then the E90 328 i drove, but I feel the turbo lag too much in her car. I test drove a manual 2011 GTI and it felt much better... manual makes the lag less noticeable cause of controlling the clutch and revs. If the F30 328 in manual feels like a manual GTI then I'll probably be satisfied with that. If not.. 335. We'll see.
