Satisfied w/ my 740i
1994 740i owner for ten years now.
240K and still runiing smooth.
Current repairs needed are replacing the front bushings, possible re-alignment.
recent problem is that the de-fogger for rear window stopped working.
Driver side upper door hinge is mal functioning creating a noise and as if an inside brace has broken.
Replaced the hood support shocks, was a piece of cake.
Need to replace trunk support shocks, haven't made the time.
Tho engine is running good, feel the hesitation and is possible minor oil leak on gasket, again have not made the time.
Happy with the vehicle and plan to keep it for a long time.
