Given that you drive so much I would suggest just buying the car. You can always trade it in later. Also, you can do without the paddle shifters. I have them on my 535xi and I've maybe used them once or twice. The car is already fun to drive, so I doubt waiting 3 months just for the paddle shifters is worth it. The car sounds well equipped otherwise. If you can do without the v6 engine, then you're good to go!
