I am not saying ozarkgolfer is wrong. It seems BMW Assist is not communicating clearly right now. Probably because they are swamped with phone calls (we were on hold for 18min before reaching a representative).
Update
Mine now works (using the US iTunes app) but it took lower case to make it happen. I am happy I can google from the iphone and pass it on to the car.
