Update:
I am happy to announce that after seeing this forum, BMWoNA has contacted our dealership. They are currently working with them in conjunction with us to find a reasonable solution in this matter. I want to thank them for stepping up to the plate and finally playing ball with us. We have enjoyed driving most all of our other BMWs. it will be nice to put this nightmare behind us and get to enjoy the car as it should be. Thank you again BMW.
