So good news. I was able to get the rear spring out solo The process is to use a long crowbar and move the spring from the bottom towards the rotor. Once its close to the edge of the spring well apply a twisting motion on the spring such that it turns a shown in the pics that I will be attaching soon. Now to get the rear shock out from the inside..
