I'm looking to buy a 2012 535 GT, I'm really Confused on what kind of price I should be paying, let me list out the options I want, see if you guys can give me some suggestions on pricing

any body know what is a fair price to pay for the car?
I think I'm going with 60 month BMW select with 0 at signing....
