Does the integrated power supply module supply power to the ingition curcuit? I have tried to find wiring diagram on the ISM but have had not luck.

I have also found that if I disconnect the power connector at the right side next to the jumper post I can get the car to start 50% or the time. Other times I have to have it disconnected for about 3 minutes and then start the car.

When I checked for faults with buddy's GT1 we found many historyical battery faults.
Definitely sounds like an integrator power supply module issue. Yes that module supplies power (controls) to all critical modules in the car.
