Don't add the AC. It doesn't work well at all and drains probably 10-15% of the power from the engine (which didn't have more than 110hp when it was new anyway).
I haven't used mine in years and when it did work, I'd only use it when someone else was in the car with me who was not used to driving with no a/c in Georgia summers
