I think buying a new seatbelt receptacle is overkill for a coin. Here is a thread with a few ideas on coin removal.
If you are willing to replace the part and the ideas from the other thread don't work, I would remove it and try banging it on a bench upside down which would definitely work.
The part you want is #15 in this diagram. Part # 72 11 9 119 552 for the passenger side.
Instructions on removing the receptacle.
