Congratulations! IMO, doing a CDV delete on the Z4M is mandatory. You'll find lots of threads here on it, do a search. Let's just say that for the first couple of months after taking delivery I thought that I had lost 40 years of knowing how to drive a manual. Paid dealer something like $100 to remove the CDV and the car shifted like I knew it should.
