nothing would be available that would be 'legal', so no. i don't think that you'll find a direct bolt on product. shops won't do it, wither, as it is a federal clean air act violation to remove the cat without replacing it on a street car.
your options are deal with it, turn the radio up, or manage to get a different exhaust to either replace or fabricate and swap it out.
either way, there is most likely going to be cutting and/or welding of some sort.
