Unknown Flywheel Damage
Looking for some advice from some other pros on how this could of happened.
After getting erros and scanning for codes. I got error
P0339: Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Intermittent
Took it to the dealer and they replaced the sensor under warranty. After they took it for a test drive, got the same error and told me they needed to tear down the tranny.
As you can see from the pics. We dealer and i are at a loss for what happened. They said started and clutch is in tact and so is everything else. Just the flywheel is damaged. It is not missing any teeth. But they are damaged. They state nothing came out when they took it apart. Car has had not work on it in the month i have owned it.
Warranty wont cover it they say it was caused by "outside influenced"
