No way I would accept delivery of that vehicle if it wasnt show room perfect. I am betting it was damaged in transport and is getting repaired.

If you get it. Go over it with a fine tooth comb. Every angle, every function, everything. Make them go over it with you so they cant claim you did it later.

If they wont do that I would refuse delivery. It is the very least they can do at this point.
