Despite the hiccup, the overall experience is good. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. I understand the value of personal time and I respect that because I value personal time as well. My main frustration was that they bounced me around between different service centers unnecessarily. I'd be more understanding if it was a language barrier, but they spoke German to each other on the phone. I had embraced what happened. Now, I just find it comical it happened that way. Lost in translation among Germans and it happened three times in a row with 24 hours. I really should buy a lottery ticket. All in all, I think it's a fun memory to have.
