Not the cruise control cable. That cable comes from your ASC actuator.
You will note you now have a yellow triangle with ! when you start the car. This is because the actuator has no "feedback/tension" on startup self test. Hard to tell from your picture but there should be a threaded plastic sleeve that passes through the notched holed bracket.
If you cannot reconnect then secure cable away from fan. Car is safe to drive you just have no traction control.
