I highly doubt the headers are carb certified. I really have no idea what "carb certified" entails. All my state does for inspection...is hook up an OBD and give the car a visual look over.

In terms of the 100 cell cats, the lower the cell count, the better correct? Which cats did you use and from where?
The lower the cell the better they flow, but let "catalytic converting" they do. 100 cell barely do anything...any state that hooks a sniffer to your pipe these will not pass. I have random technology 144-30000- 4" diameter body with 3" inlet/outlet racing cats.
The exhaust is a bit smelly.
By modified MAF that is the housing. It is larger and smoother than stock. The sensor itself is the same and unchanged. Doing this absolutely require modifying the ECU to be able to meter correctly.
