The cooling system issues are more E36 than E46.

SMG pump can be pricey if it fails, but I know of a number of SMG cars without problems. Of course, online, everyone comes to complain if they have a problem.

RTABs (Rear Trailing Arm Bushings) and RSMs (Rear Shock Mounts) should be checked, but neither is a huge deal.

But I would be wondering why he is selling so low.
