) and need to lose weight but don't have the time to exercise.. GET THIS!! Make fruit and veggie shakes 3 time a day and you will cut down on your regular meal intake. I can see that I will lose ALOT of weight w/ this thing.. DAMN!!
1 scoop Wegman's soy powder
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
1 heaping tablespoon organic non-fat yogurt
1 handful of frozen strawberries
1 handful of frozen mango
Blend soy milk, soy powder and yogurt on setting 1 or 2 for 15 seconds to incorporate wet ingredients with soy powder
Add remaining ingredients, blend on 5, work up to 10
Flip to full power and blend for another 45 seconds or so.
Serves 2 full glasses of an amazing smoothie with about 20g of protein per serving.
