I didn't remove the steering wheel, had a little trouble getting the plastic face plate under the cluster out because the wheel was still on but eventually got it out. Go slow and carefully and it'll come out. Once that was out the rest was a piece of cake. As for the gears themselves I ordered through the company listed in the previous post. Got the gears in three days and fixed. Follow the directions on the companies website. Easy and straightforward.
