My gut instinct was to stick with Gray Poplar, like I have now. It has a lot of grays and warmer brownish tones, so I personally think it would look great with the dark brown leather. Everyone else, though, seems to think Fine Line Oak would look better. So, I'm torn.
I'm really not a fan of the Individual wood options, personally. While I think Piano Black is really good looking, I think it would be an OCD nightmare (dust, fingerprints, scratches, etc.).
