Does X3 2012 support a la carte satellite programming?

I am guessing no... Sirius Starmate 8, Sirius Starmate 5, Sirius Stratus 6
After 1 year of free programming on X3 I got charged $470 for 3 years of Select programming.
I will call in for the $88 year package or go with Mostly Music one.
