that's only about 75% of spec, so that could give you issues.
what does the reading do when you remove the vacuum to the fpr?? if it goes up, by how much??
if it doesn;t go up, then i would look at the price of pumps, and possibly the retrofit idea.
replacing 2 pumps to me is such a silly idea. but that's me.
i tend to like simple and clean.
