You can't make any assumptions without an alignment. When I did my ZHP control arms my car was all over the place until I got one. It tramlined badly, likely due to the toe being way out of spec. I'd say your tires have now worn in (probably in a bad way) and that is why it is "changing". You need an alignment asap, I bet it cures your issue immediately.
