Completed this repair today...the rear connection was hard to get too, after you remove the front screw and pull the hose upwards you easily see the back connection, the only way I was able to get it out was by placing a jack and lifting the engine a little less then an inch, this gave me enough room to take it out. While its not a complicated job, it sure was a pain to remove and replace the rear screw.
