Yes, there is a place on the web. Am at a PC now and have the URL. All you need is the last 7 digits of the VIN, then go to this page:
http://www.rubmw.ru/vincode/eng/
Enter the last seven digits, do the simple math question, and it will provide you with the complete build sheet.
