Could be the suspension. I had the same problem when changing gear and when the traction control kicked in. It turned out to be the passenger (left) side of car, both shockers were burst. New coilovers on the front and shockers on the rear and haven't felt it since.

Keeping in mind it felt nothing like the suspension and I was positive it was the gears.
