Went to my BMW dealership today to pick up some oil for my car, I walk up to the parts counter and asked to buy oil for my car. The man behind the counter tells me no need to buy oil.
Just drive in the service center and they will add a quart of oil no charge it's their policy. I know it's a small cost but to me it goes a long ways in giving your customers great customer service!
