Lol. I guess I have to put a little bit of a preference filter on my search. I don't mind a 60k car as long as it has maintenance history. 30k-60k for mileage is my range. I'm buying the car so it can be driven and I'll be driving it daily. Work is less than 2 miles away and sometimes I commute to work on my bicycle so not necessarily driven every single day.
Also, living in California HAS to be the problem. M coupes sold within the state cost way more than most places. It has to be that CA inflation.
