Repalcing the pigmentation (colour) of finished laether is relativly easy-"Leather Pigmentation (Colour) Renovation" - http://www.autopia.org/forum/autopia...ml#post1479003
Carpet dye (black over tan) may not be so easy. Options new tan carpet or visit an auto upholstery shop and seek advise
