Good choice... you may not enjoy the handling so much with the taller sidewall and the fact that snow tires are softer than summer tires... but you will be glad of that taller sidewall when you're going sideways. Unintentionally; going sideways deliberately on summer tires is a different matter entirely.
And BTW... they do look pretty sharp on that white
