It's interesting that BMW NA didn't step up to the plate and set you up with new rims. I'm not a fan of the stock wheels and would go nuts if I (1) experience cracks and (2) BMW has the nerve to ask 1000+ for an OEM replacement. Not something I would want to hear after having spent a small fortune on the car.
