I'm sorry about your bad experience with BMW. I definitely feel they mistreated you and ultimately cost them a customer. I've been very lucky and haven't really had any major problems, but have had good experience with my service. I guess I all depends on which dealer you use. Maybe if you had a more customer friendly one you would still be in your 5GT. Anyways the new GS is a really nice car. I took an extended test drive and enjoyed it thoroughly. The nav screen was amazing!
