If they are minor they could be wet sanded out as long as it doesn't go down through the paint. But chances are it is going to happen again and may not be worth the effort. I have some on mine from driving in and out of a driveway that goes up a hill and they are so severe I would have to take it to a body shop to be repaired. I have since done some work on the driveway so that it is much better, but unfortunately the damage has been done.
