I didn't think it necessary to explicitly direct the OP to perform the free look-for-the-MULF step *before* the $20 order-a-cable-and-wait-for-days step. Perhaps I'm overly optimistic, but I assumed the OP was smart enough to do the no-cost step first. (and strictly speaking, my cable mention was merely offering an alternative source and not a recommendation that the cable would solve the OP's issues)
