Seat bushings are a hour or so and $10 or so in parts.

At 29,000, without records, I would probably just have an Inspection 2 done. Plus the trans fluid, diff fluid, brake fluid, and coolant changed. BMW will tell you the trans and diff fluid are lifetime. I prefer to change them on a regular basis.
