Panorama Roof Repair Kit
More great info. Three kits?
I have the Panorama Roof Repair Kit part number 54107227894. I think I have attached picture.

I was thinking the three stainless metal screws behind the vent grille was what you were referring to with some kind of slot drop provision.
I will study this. Do you have the kit numbers handy for me to gather my forces.
I am not one for forcing much of anything unless all else fails, and I think BMW designs their products to tempt one to do just that so they can sell you little plastic parts for exhorbitant prices.
