If I didn't like a particular choice, I could use the steering wheel controls to switch songs.

My '11 E92 had iDrive and I could just use the regular cable if I remember right.

I'll look around the glovebox again, I thought I may have felt something in the upper LH corner but I didnt try to look from underneath, I was just feeling around from the drivers seat.
