I have the UUC lightweight flywheel clutch combo, and it is definitely interesting. The clutch is more like an on/off switch than the stock setup, which is actually quite smooth. I can shift much faster and get full torque transfer faster, at the expensive of smooth transitions. Makes for a great fun ride, but a bit rough on new passengers.

If I focus and try very hard, I can keep it smooth, but what's the fun in that?

If you want to turn your car into more of a racecar, including engine mods for increased power & torque, then I say go for it. Otherwise, stick with stock.
