To get the USAA credit of $2500 you cannot use BMWFS, but you still get the $4500 eco credit. The holiday incentive requires BMWFS so it's either or but it still comes to 7k off.

I ordered a 2012 x5d to spec, and payed 1k over invoice got the 7k discount with 2 incentives/rebate and financed through PenFed at 1.49% which was a little better than the USAA loan at 1.89%.
