Yes I think this is true. I just had the washer motor in my 2010 X5 go. Took 10 hours to replace the motor. First question: Do you use anything other than BMW Fluid. Noppers!!!!
Of course they messed up the replacement of the left front quarter panel. That took a second trip.
I do like rain-x, and the gallon o blue from the gas stain though.
